Suggested use

For children 4-9 years of age, take one (1) gummy per day before bedtime. For children 10 years of age and older, take two (2) gummies per day before bedtime. May be taken with or without food. Chew each gummy thoroughly.
Other ingredients

Organic tapioca syrup, organic cane sugar, agar, organic tapioca starch, natural flavors, colors added (organic black carrot juice concentrate), citric acid, monk fruit extract (siratia grosvenorii), locust bean gum, organic sunflower oil, organic carnauba wax.
