Suggested use

Take 2 to 6 capsules per day. Best if taken with a meal.

Maximum dosage: Do not take more than 6 per day unless recommended by a doctor.

Fish gelatin, vegetable glycerin, purified water, vegetable enteric coating (alginate, stearic acid), plant tocopherols, rosemary extract.
