Suggested use

Adults/ Children 3 and over: 1 teaspoon [5 ml] three times daily.

Children under 3: 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) three times daily.

Most effective before meals. For sensitive adults and children, an introduction period is recommended. Start with 1/8 teaspoon (0.5 ml) daily, slowly working up to the recommended usage.

Shake gently before use as natural sediment occurs, Best consumed alone or in dechlorinated water. No refrigeration needed.
