Suggested use

Take 2 capsules nightly 30-60 minutes before bedtime with at least 10-20 oz. of water and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. Taking this products without enough liquid may cause choking. Use Super Colon Cleanse Night about every 2 month and for no more than 10 days at a time.
