Suggested use

PGX Daily® softgels can be taken with or without food with a glass of water (8-16 oz. or 1-2 cups) or as directed by a health professional.
Week 1: 1 Softgel, 3 times daily.
Week 2: 2-3 Softgels, 3 times daily.
Week 3 and beyond: 4 Softgels, 3 times daily.
Other ingredients

Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water, annatto, carob), yellow beeswax, sunflower lecithin.
