Suggested use

CandiSmart 1: Take two (2) capsules in the morning. Repeat same amount in the evening. Take with CandiSmart Part 2. Best if taken on an empty stomach.

CandiSmart 2: Take twenty (20) drops in the morning. Repeat same amount in the evening. Drops may be added to 2 oz. of water. Take with CandiSmart Part 1. Best if taken on an empty stomach. Allow 30 minutes before eating.
Other ingredients

CandiSmart 1: Capsule (hypromellose, water).

CandiSmart 2: Filtered water and ethyl alcohol. Herb extract at a ratio of 1 g herb to 5 ml water and alcohol. 45 to 55% alcohol by volume.
